  •  Do you restock items that are sold out?

Absolutely, we do restock most of our items. If you see any items that have not been yet restocked for a long time, simply alert us by emailing us at [email protected]

  • Do you accept returns?

We gladly accept returns for unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

  • What if I received an incorrect or defective item?

Please contact us ([email protected]) for a FREE RETURN LABEL. We’ll of course have the correct item sent out to you right away!.

  • Refund times and procedures?

YouAfter we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used (Credit Card, PayPal where available), the refund procedure will start within 7-21 days from when us was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once we have checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.

  • Can I arrange for my own courier or shipping provider to deliver my order?

We’re sorry, but because of our production process, we can’t accept special shipping requests.([email protected]) and we can look up this information for you. 

  • I live in Puerto Rico. What is the shipping fee and when will I get my order?

The shipping fee is $4.99 everywhere in the USA. You will receive your order 4-8 business days after it finished processing in 2-3 business days. See more in our Shipping Policy. 

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you would like to cancel or make any changes to your order, Please email your request and Order number to [email protected] In the event of a canceled order request, you will receive a refund confirmation email once your order has been canceled.

*Please note: Refund payments may take 7-21 business days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  • Can I exchange for different size/ item? 

Yes, we do accept exchanges. If you find it not working right for you we can exchange it for you if the size/item you requested is available, you can email us for more detailed information. 

  • Do you ship to APO addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses. However, we DO ship to PO boxes. We’ll be working on military addresses in the near future. 

  • Can I change my shipping address?

Once an order ships, we can’t make any changes to it, including to the shipping address. 

If you reach out to us via our email address at [email protected], we may be able to cancel your order for you. On Monday to Saturday, orders ship within 2-3 business days of being placed, so we can’t guarantee your order will be canceled.
